AI advisor

Tell us your challenge and we will show you where to start

Describe in one or two sentences what is holding you back today: leads that go cold, expensive portals, messy follow-up. The AI reviews your case and recommends the most relevant solutions and articles.

How the real estate marketing advisor works

The SpicyTool advisor is a free tool built for agency owners, brokers and agents who feel their marketing is not delivering the results it should. You describe in your own words what is happening, for example that you get plenty of portal inquiries but few turn into visits, that your team is slow to reply or that you cannot tell which channel brings deals, and the AI reviews your description.

From that description it writes a short diagnosis and suggests which SpicyTool solutions you should look at first, such as the sales CRM, centralized WhatsApp, conversational AI or listing sync with the portals. It also recommends blog articles related to your challenge to explore possible next steps, even if you do not use any software yet.

There is no sign up or contact form: you describe your challenge and request a recommendation. You can include context about your channels and team workflow without personal data. Review the suggestions against your own situation before deciding what to do.

Frequently asked questions

Is the advisor free?

Yes. You do not need to sign up or complete a contact form to use it.

What should I write?

Describe in one or two sentences what is holding you back: leads going cold, expensive portals, messy follow up or missing reports. Add numbers if you have them.

What kind of recommendations will I get?

A short overview, suggested SpicyTool solutions and, when related articles are available, blog posts to explore. Review the suggestions against your agency's needs.

Do you store what I write?

We do not store your text. It is sent to an artificial intelligence model only to generate the recommendation at that moment, and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number to use it. Avoid including personal data.
